Former Barclays traders jailed over Euribor rate-rigging
Two traders have been jailed after being convicted of conspiring to rig the Euribor global interest rate.
The sentences bring to an end the biggest trial so far for rigging interest rates - in this case the Euribor benchmark used to fix the interest rates of millions of euro-denominated loans. read more »

Revolut whistleblower had concerns over CEO conduct and compliance
The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has made enquiries into currency transfer firm Revolut after being contacted by a whistleblower, the BBC has learned.
The ex-employee told the FCA in 2016 about concerns they had over compliance and the conduct of the firm's chief executive, Nikolay Storonsky.

Swiss drugmaker Novartis must face doctor kickback suit, U.S. judge rules
Novartis AG must face a U.S. government lawsuit accusing it of paying millions of dollars in kickbacks to doctors so they would prescribe its drugs, after a federal judge ruled in a decision released on Monday that the government had offered evidence of a “company-wide kickback scheme.” read more »
