On Tuesday, the House of Representatives passed a bi-partisan bill called the ‘‘Eliminate Barriers to Innovation Act of 2021’’ (H.R. 1602) that, if passed by the Senate and enacted into law, would create a digital assets working group between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
