Steve W. Berman, managing partner at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro (HBSS) will be speaking at the Climate Change Conference hosted at the University of Washington's School of Law on Friday March 2, 2007.

He will be presenting on 'Climate Change and Litigation Risk' to conference attendees. The presentation parallels the deception of health risks by the tobacco companies, to current day polluters and their failure to accurately communicate the dangerous effects of their products on the environment.
