Reed R. Kathrein, out of the San Francisco HBSS office, recently joined Prosecuting the Securities Fraud Action panel and will be attending the Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute 2007 in San Francisco October 15 and 16.

The panel, which will be presenting at the event, includes Jerome F. Birn, Jr., Reed Kathrein, Daniel P. Lefler, Dr. Marcia Kramer Mayer and Joseph John Tabacco, Jr.

The October event, put on by the Practicing Law Institute, will address complex securities cases that the panel will discuss and offer strategies and tactics that are important for this area of law.
