Hagens Berman represents Kyle Lagow, a former employee of home appraisal company LandSafe, Inc. in a whistleblower suit filed under the qui tam provision of the federal False Claims Act.

The case was initially filed under seal, but on Feb. 24, 2012, United States District Judge Raymond J. Dearie ordered the complaint be unsealed.
