HBSS Featured in PSBJ Article
Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro was featured in the Puget Sound Business Journal this week regarding the Class Action Fairness Act and the impact it has had on local firms since being passed.
The Class Action Fairness Act passed in 2005 to help cut back on the number of class action lawsuits clogging up local courts and in an effort to bring plaintiffs away from friendly territory. However, HBSS has seen no slow down in cases and has recently opened a sixth office in San Francisco.
