GM recalls more than 107,000 Chevrolet Trax

General Motors is expanding an earlier recall of its Chevrolet Trax because a faulty part could cause a crash.

The recall covers the 2015 through 2018 Chevrolet Trax. The original recall in April covered the 2017 through 2019 model years.

According to documents posted Friday by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, an improperly welded joint can break, which increases the risk of a crash. read more »
