Hagens Berman is pleased to be assisting the Arizona Attorney General in its law enforcement action versus General Motors Co. that was filed on November 20, 2014.

Steve Berman, one of the Hagens Berman lawyers for the state of Arizona noted, “Given the extent of GM’s deceptive conduct, we think it’s entirely appropriate for the Attorney General to use this civil penalty action to hit GM hard, and make the company take notice: such misconduct that endangered lives will not be tolerated.
