Important Notice for Argentine Bondholders

Hagens Berman wishes to inform Argentine Bondholders of the pendency of a class-action lawsuit on their behalf against the Republic of Argentina.

The lawsuit alleges that Argentina failed to pay its bondholders after declaring a moratorium on foreign debt on December 23, 2001.

If you purchased bonds on or before July 22, 2002, you may be a class member and will receive a notice of pendency explaining your legal options.
