Our Berkeley office focuses primarily on securities litigation, representing investors and classes of investors in lawsuits alleging that publicly traded companies have misled shareholders. The office also handles a number of antitrust class-action lawsuits, including suits against defendants based in Northern California and Silicon Valley.
