- Litigation Paralegal - Boston
-
The Boston office of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP is looking for a Paralegal to join our team. We’re a collection of smart, dedicated, and creative lawyers and staff working on some of the most high profile, cutting edge pharmaceutical litigation in the country. For example, we recently received final approval for a settlement valued at hundreds of millions of dollars with the makers of cholesterol drug Zetia regarding claims that they unlawfully delayed generic competition. In 2022, our team secured a settlement valued at $453 million in the Glumetza Antitrust Litigation, the largest U.S. antitrust settlement of the year, and a settlement valued at $340 million in the Ranbaxy Antitrust Litigation, the second-largest — both resolved mere weeks before trial. We don’t always win but we don’t give up.
We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, take pride in originating, aggressively working, and trying cases, and genuinely like each other. Some of us have never (by choice!) had another legal field job anywhere else.
